Chef Shi is a woman of faith, a single mother of three, an accomplished chef, and a self published author with a passion for creating memorable dining moments. With years of professional kitchen experience, she brings creativity, precision, and heart to every dish and every event she executes.
In 2022, she founded Club Kitchen, which began as a hot dog cart and has since grown into a full-service culinary brand offering catering, private chef services, and thoughtfully styled table setups. What started as a small vision has evolved into a business rooted in purpose, intention, quality, and personalized service.
